ANTI-PLAGIARISM POLICY

The journal Voltarea International Journal (VTRIJ), an annual publication established in 2025 and edited by DB Ediciones, ensures that all academic articles it publishes are original, unpublished, and have not been previously disseminated in any other medium, either wholly or partially. Additionally, the journal does not participate in simultaneous evaluation or editorial decision processes with other publications.

To ensure compliance with these standards, VTRIJ employs similarity detection tools such as Crossref (iThenticate), Turnitin, and Plag.es to analyze submitted works. Other supplementary resources, such as DupliChecker, Plagium, or Copyscape, may also be used when deemed necessary.

Plagiarism control is conducted prior to the peer-review process. If the similarity report exceeds 20%, authors will be notified via email, with the full report and expert analysis attached. This allows authors to provide their observations, enabling the journal to determine whether plagiarism has occurred. If confirmed, the article will be rejected and will not proceed to the evaluation phase.

Additionally, editors may suggest that authors use alternative online platforms to review their work before submission for publication.
