Ethical Commitment and Editorial Guidelines

Editorial Board:
The editorial team ensures the integrity of the publication process by defining clear submission guidelines and supervising an objective, confidential, and transparent peer-review system. It also guarantees fairness in the treatment of authors and timely communication of editorial decisions.

Editorial Committee:
Responsible for assigning manuscripts to expert reviewers, ensuring the quality of evaluations, and strengthening the academic projection of the journal. It also proposes continuous improvements in editorial processes and the international visibility of its content.

Authors:
Must submit original and unpublished work in accordance with the journal’s guidelines. Manuscripts must be submitted in Word format, meeting academic and ethical publishing standards. Simultaneous submission to other journals is not accepted.

Reviewers:
Provide detailed, impartial, and well-founded feedback on manuscripts. They are required to maintain confidentiality of the content under review and disclose any conflicts of interest or limitations in meeting deadlines.


Plagiarism Prevention

INTERCOMEX International Journal uses plagiarism detection tools such as Turnitin® to ensure the originality of texts. All contributions must be properly cited and referenced in accordance with international academic integrity standards.


Peer Review

The journal applies a double-blind peer review system, in which authors and reviewers remain mutually anonymous. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two specialists within an estimated period of 3 to 5 weeks, ensuring well-founded and transparent editorial decisions.
